Every SKU is the original Japanese retail pack — 6, 10, or 12 units. We never break a box to sell single bottles; it’s why the pack math works and the overlabel stays clean.

You reserve. We ship only if enough of us show up.
Each Sunday at 23:59 JST, the open window closes. If reservations clear our air-freight minimum, the Osaka pack and ship begins. If they don’t, every authorization is voided — you pay nothing and the window re-opens next week.

- Is this FDA-approved?
- No. YOAKE's products are dietary supplements and functional beverages, not drugs. The FDA does not "approve" supplements the way it does prescription medication. The statements on this site are structure/function claims, and they have not been evaluated by the FDA. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- When does my card get charged?
- Not today. When you reserve, your payment method is authorized but no money moves. Your card is only charged when the window clears its 150-reservation minimum AND the shipment leaves Osaka. If the window doesn't clear, every authorization is voided.
- Why full packs only? Can I buy a single bottle?
- Full packs are how these products leave Japanese factories. Breaking them open to sell single bottles means relabelling individual units for FDA compliance, which is cost-prohibitive at our scale. Full packs keep margins honest and prices fair. Try the Full Shelf bundle if you want one of each.
- How do I know this is the real Japanese product?
- We buy by the pallet from the manufacturer — Zeria, House Foods, Kobayashi, Taisho — not from re-sellers. Boxes arrive in the original Japanese packaging with lot numbers and best-before dates as printed in Osaka. A small English structure/function label gets added at our US 3PL before shipping.
- What if I don't like it?
- Email us within 30 days of delivery and ship back any unopened packs. We'll refund the full pack price and pay return postage. Opened packs we can't take back (for everyone's safety).
- Do you ship outside the US?
- Not yet. Canada and UK open in later shipments — join the waitlist if that's you.
